Yes, secrets were certainly revealed!  This multimedia DVD is a great guide in the art of making pizza in your home, just like the "pros" do !

 THE PACKAGE

Your DVD will include a 56 minute video on pizza making, a 46 page PDF e-book , plus some additional PDF e-books as a bonus.  The bonus material may change, but in January 2007, one of the additional e-books that I received was a 660 page book of Top Secret Famous Recipes.

 THE VIDEO

The DVD video can be played in a standard TV / DVD playet setup or on many Windows based computers.  I did not notice any differences or problems when viewed on my computer.  The video consists of our pizza expert, Bev sharing her knowledge with a friend in her own kitchen.  Bev's expertise comes from her years of teaching in a cooking school and research Director for a national pizza chain.  This is not a "flashy" video which is fine.  You will be able to focus on the information and techniques given.

SUMMARY

If you are looking for no nonsense guide to making excellent New York style pizza at home, then I highly reccommend this video and e-book.  For me, the video and e-book are a great combination.  The video lets you see some of the techniques (like dough tossing !) that just wouldn't "come through" on paper.  The e-book is a great reference tool.  Don't forget about those bonus books as well !!
